Proof of existence coins

What coins/blockchain is the best for proof of existence?
I know with bitcoins it is possible but the cost is to high and the other one I found is Factom.
Is there any other.
I want do some comparison.
I want to use the best and cheapest one for a project.

Any blockcahin is capable of recording Proof of Existence. There are open source scripts that can be modified to the coin of your choosing.
