New altcoin creation needed.

Hi there,

I need a new altcoin created. It needs to have the following features:

- PoS coin that stakes every second (pays out every second).
- It needs to pay out 1% interest per month.
- It needs to have an affiliate link system (if you refer someone, you get 5 coins and the person you referred gets 5 coins)
- Every wallet needs to automatically stake (as long as it's open of course).
- Preferably possible within a browser (eventually it needs to become a mobile app too, but we can hire a different team for that).
