It looks like whoever sent you the 0.0331 BTC BTC payment to 1E8PvePjJaJaErRqvH58q3o3ejL8BNzGhB today did so with bitcoins that they received from an unconfirmed transaction. They really shouldn't have done this, and if you can, you should probably:
- Contact them
- Let them know that you don't appreciate receiving payments that spend unconfirmed bitcoins
- Let them know that you won't transact with them in the future if they don't address this problem.
You then spent those unconfirmed bitcoins that you received. I'm not an Electrum user, but I'm surprised that Electrum allows this. If there is a setting in Electrum to prevent this in the future, it would be a good idea to change that setting. You may want to ask in the Electrum sub-forum.
The good news is that both transactions have now received their first confirmation, so you should be fine.
