I recently ran into 1.5BTC and I'm willing to give small loans to respected users and people who truly and truthfully in need. I've never done this before and I realize the risk I'm taking but I know there are people out there with less than I so, I've come to the decision of helping others.. I will be asking for 120% collateral, And this is a MUST! I do not care if you have a legendary account, it means nothing to me and I won't accept it as collateral. I also will not loan for longer than one week. The maximum I will loan out is 0.03 per person with proper collateral. Any questions please reply here or PM me.. Thank you.

I'm already getting scam attempts through PMs
.. Apparently I was wrong and cannot follow through with this.
Sorry to all those honest but scammers ruin it for everyone.
