The fist is worth 230k but what I did was file a fixture filing on my second since it was a purchase money transaction. Now in order for the first to foreclose they have to pay off the second (in regards to the fixtures that have a value of 65k) because of the fixture filing. I also have title insurance on my lien!

Well I have put it out there so if anyone does have an interest outside of ar9  and that is positive do not hesitate to contact me privately I will gladly share details. As for ar9 you just continue to use your bitcoin (if you have any) to purchase the male midget porn that you watch in your moms basement Grin

Well, atleast he did his best to provide as much info as possible, and with that accurate username i am sure the sales are going to roll in big time for you, mister mortgage man. No but on a serious note, you are probably another scammer. I have never heard of someone who puts his house for sale on an online forum with such info given, and the fact that you want bitcoin for it makes it even weirder, and i  am quite sure thats not allowed. (Think of taxes etc) So please, don't trade with this guy..

I have seen people try and sell before. Personally I would say actually talk to OgNasty about an escrow, I'm sure he wouldn't mind escrow fees, since he has done some large escrows before.

AdolfinWolf ---Another person who is trying to stunt progress! As stated you use escrow and or title insurance.... lol only an idiot would not...... the only thing that would change is the form of currency again I cant wait until people stop using crypto currency for child porn but for something serious that can change the landscape of the financial system in this country..............and its not a house but a mortgage!

And tell me why wouldn't you want to use bitcoin?
