Wow, this is my first time for have seen the person are selling the house through the bitcoin and another option like an alt coin.
You can try for selling through bitify or shopify. i don't think this is a correct place for selling a high value of stuff.

The fist is worth 230k but what I did was file a fixture filing on my second since it was a purchase money transaction. Now in order for the first to foreclose they have to pay off the second (in regards to the fixtures that have a value of 65k) because of the fixture filing. I also have title insurance on my lien!

Well, atleast he did his best to provide as much info as possible, and with that accurate username i am sure the sales are going to roll in big time for you, mister mortgage man. No but on a serious note, you are probably another scammer. I have never heard of someone who puts his house for sale on an online forum with such info given, and the fact that you want bitcoin for it makes it even weirder, and i  am quite sure thats not allowed. (Think of taxes etc) So please, don't trade with this guy..

I have seen people try and sell before. Personally I would say actually talk to OgNasty about an escrow, I'm sure he wouldn't mind escrow fees, since he has done some large escrows before.
