Intersango is a well known UK exchange https://intersango.com/

You could take a look at https://www.bitstamp.net, but i don't know how it works for UK
http://bitcoin-otc.com is used for personal trading too

Just search for Bitcoin exchanges with a search engine - they're all International (well, virtually all).
