How to find signed tx ?

Someone pointed out :

1) surf to https://blockr.io/tx/push
2) copy the signed tx from my previous post
3) paste it in the website opened in step 1
4) click on "decode and check"
5) click on "push"


It will help..

but how to find signed tx ?
