I wouldn't expect more than half of that if you are lucky (if I'm wrong, I have 2 CM1 to sell...).

I find it really odd that it's unused and still in box (Enterpoint stopped selling them long ago in 2012 IIRC), scam ?

If it's not a scam, if I were you at least I'll configure the board to mine, you can get 800 to 880MH/s from this, which is still around 3BTC/month : $90+/month.
