My proposal is as follows :

I have access to free electricity and air conditioned place. But currently not enough money to own a mining rig. Buy me a rig and I'll run it and give you 50% of earnings. When you feel you don't want to continue you can have your equipment back! Simple.

About the trust factor. You can send someone or come visit me at my place personally. I am based in Noida. PM if you wanna talk.
