The forum won't confirm anything , It's up to you If you want to do the trade or not . I checked the user profile and It seems like a newbie , keep in mind that Skrill could be reversed and also make sure to not go first as It's impossible to chargeback BTC , If he don't want to go first either then you guys should an escrow.

and if your hesistant then return my funds, i trust you and send you the fund first and you said i will wait for 5 minutes and what now?
