Can't select Wallet Type

I can't select any wallet in the create new wallet dialog when electrum asks for what kind of wallet I want to create.

It asks me, but there is no dropdown list or anything. It might be due to my high screen resolution, but also put this one down to 1024x 860 and still the same. I am running windows 10.

Interesting is also what the dialog box shows. "Electrum couldnt find an existing wallet". This message even shows up after setting up electrum with a wallet when you go to file -> New/restore.

Is this because I renamed the default_wallet to something else...

There's a Litecoin symbol there so are you using litecoin electrum?

I am using both. Electrum and Electrum LTC.

Both have the same behavior. I think its due the high DPI display. But changing resolution doesnt change anything

I was doing some research and I guess the app has to be updated to use QT5 instead of 4.

Can that be added anytime soon?
