[Help Needed] Regarding Solve Media Withdrawal

Hello Mates,
I have some earnings in solve media.

So far I have learned that,
if I have minimum $200 in January then they issue check on February..

But the question is, I don't see any button for withdraw.

I did not filled up the tax form yet.. If I do that, should I see the withdraw button?

How long does it takes to get the check to my address, If I give USA address?

After receiving the check,
how long it will take when I will submit it to bank for cash?
And can I submit the check to any USA bank?

I am not from USA but my brother lives there.. He is citizen..
So is it okay to use his address to receive the check?


Please help me those who have practical experience with solve media. Others please don't bother.
