Vouch copies only to Hero or Legendary members.

But it is complicated, because visible are only Skype minutes for current month, so I don't know how they will vouch that it is valid for a year.

Every next month the Skype system gives another 60 minutes to the account (minutes from prevoious month can expire if not redeemed within that month). But it is not visible till it happens.
