Looking for someone to rework logo/vector etc.

I'm launching a new business soon and have designed a logo I need some help cleaning it up/improving it, vectoring it and making smaller simpler versions for other locations/uses.

Would be willing to pay in Coins if needed or paypal for that matter

Honestly not a lot of work needed, I'm very basic with photoshop

Will be used on patches, stickers, shirts and the website/banners.

Heres what I came up with for the business, my only issue is the wings. I wish they were less God/Angel like and a bit more military airborne style ish?

I'll post a pm reply to another member who is being very helpful via pm about this "logo" I guess logo is less of a term. And I'm wanting in the end a version with shading for a site and a flattened version to print on a shirt.

Thank you for the details I should of been a bit more specific,
I'd like to come up with a logo related to that design, but that design is for a larger patch which will be dont with PVC printing, which can show the design/shades etc. easily, and I'm hoping for a clean lined version for on an actual t-shirt. I can't think of to many times when it will need to be extremely small.

Most of the time this will be used at a 5"x5" scale or larger.

The issue is I'm aware it's not clean, it doesn't, flow and it has more problems with it's look.

It looks like a noob did it in photoshop heh.

Unsure what I'd use for a mini logo may just use ECA or some such when needed.

The domain name on the patch was definitely an after thought and would likely be removed.

As for the wing's, I've got no idea. No idea what will work I just have the concept in my head and I want wing's behind the shield.
