short term it i'll guess that it's toast.

longer term it depends on a few industry players like coinbase and bitpay. if they start to use it for merchant processing then maybe alot of people will switch over, i probably would. i don't think bitpay will but coinbase is on the litecoin train now.

If there were an easy answer to that question, we would already know.

I don't think LTC can recover.
Why not? Hash Rate rising, difficulty as well. Interest is highest ever.

Fall it will be stopped at 0.01 approximately. Then will start another run UP. At the same time XRP will be dumped and all those free BTCs will hurry up to join, this can be even better one. BTC rests at the moment , so we have big chances.

Segwit was a good news story, which is why it pumped. But... no-one uses Litecoin. There were only 9,753 transactions in the last 24 hours:

https://bitinfocharts.com/comparison/litecoin-transactions.html

That means that people arn't switching to use litecoin, even though there is a transaction backlog on bitcoin.

If this continues and no-one uses it, there is no reason for the price to rise.

im getting tired of the btc transaction delays and ridiculous fees.

today i sent someone ltc instead of btc (i own both). transaction was confirmed in about a minute with a 6 cent free.

im sure others will come to the same conclusion. ltc will become the main coin for payments.
