p2pool.org 40% reject rate -- 3 LTC reward for solving

I'm getting a 40% reject rate on p2pool.org mining for LTC, I assume this is abnormal

The setup includes 3 7950's.  I'm really hoping to get this reject rate down..

Check out the tips for reducing DOA rate given in this thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=193216.0 - The thread is about CNC instead of LTC, but they use the same algorithm, so the info is still useful.

Are you getting Hardware Errors? I would try lowering the intensity. I have had similar issues where the intensity was too high.
