How many PPC have currently been mined into existence?

Am I correct in understating that PPCs do not eventuality stop being mined – as with BTC – but are continually produced in decreasing amounts based on a proof of stake? If so at what kind of rate is this expected to decrease and will there be a sudden drop off in PPC production (to a rough order of magnitude)?

I have not been able to find any specific information on this or any projections/graphs.

18375237.461195 PPCoins have been mined.

PoS production increases.  But the PoS rate is currently negligible compared to PoW rate.

PoS reward is 1% per year.

PoW reward is based on hash rate (higher hash rate = lower block reward)

Hash rate is based on electricity rate + hardware cost.  This is determined by block reward * cost of coins and also how efficient mining hardware is (moore's law).

Drop in production is due to increase in PPC price.  And also increase in electricity efficiency.

But, even if PoW reward remains constant, PoW reward as percentage of total coins mined will eventually decrease.  As, t -> infinity the inflation rate will aproach 1%.
