I think so. secret group working for their own agenda to enslave mankind under their rule for their benefits.
for example the cia is a secret group working for their own agenda which is to be part of the intelligence gathering and co of the united states of America. All pledge their oath to the US C and BoR, and will be killed if betraying for another nation.
big diff. It even feel insulting to the cia, but it illustrate with more or less success the differences with those enemies of mankind groups. or at least I hope
