2. Deposit some Bitcoin into your account balance. You're now ready to play.

Bet Details

1. At the end of every stock market trading week, the S&P 500 index will close at a certain value. That becomes the new Over/Under number.
2. Over the weekend while stock and futures markets are closed, players use Bitcoin to bet on the Over or Under.
3. When markets open again that next week, betting is closed. During that week, players simply watch how the S&P 500 index trends.
4. When the S&P 500 closes higher or lower again that following trading week, the previous week's bettors win or lose based on how they bet.
5. Bitcoin winnings/losses are then credited/debited from player account balances automatically.
6. The new S&P 500 closing value becomes the new Over/Under number and the game starts all over again.
7. Basically, players use Bitcoin to bet on the week-to-week movements of the S&P 500.

Other Notes/Disclosures

1. Betting odds for either Over/Under sides are dynamic, changing even after bets are placed. Players don't "lock in" certain odds.
2. Players simply bet a side, Over/Under. All players on each side receive the same odds based on how total bets fell by the time a betting round closes.
3. For example, if each side receives 50% of total bets, odds are same for all players. If Over receives 80% and Under receives 20% of total bets, Over winners would win less per bet whereas Under winners would win more per bet.
4. How total bets are distributed each week can be seen a data point for investor sentiment that following week.
5. Each round, Bit500.io takes a small fee of 2.5%.
