Blockchain ticket help is sooooooo slow.

I've had an open ticket for weeks now and I just need my identifier from the secret phrase I was given. I was dumb and wrote down the receive money address instead of the log-in address. I've read of some people waiting for months, sure hope it won't take that long.

Yes, they are really slow! Anyways I think it is worth the wait, because they get the problem solved!

Sure hope so, would hate to lose the money in there from such a miniscule issue. I have NEVER had someone take over a month to reply to a problem I had with their service though, seems pretty weak to me, it'd take 2 minutes to solve.
