Exactly, so why would an escrow be needed? No one really loses anything if he doesn't pay. Just 30 seconds of your time to subscribe and make a comment.

It doesn't matter because if he doesn't pay nobody loses much except the time it took you to click on subscribe.
Which can be unsubscribed if he doesn't anyways.
