are you refering to the recent restrictions set by the government and are you trying to tell that the price of bitcoin will increase because of this new restrictions .If you are planning to trade ,i would like to know about the price in which you are willing to acquire as i would like to sell a couple of coins

It's definitely about the note ban which has made everyone go mad, people throwing bags full of 500 and 1000 Rupees notes in garbage.
And where you are talking about price increase, it is already being traded way higher than US market rates.
Anyways, if I were to buy, how much are you willing to sell 1 coin for? And are you ready to take 500 and 1000 Rupee notes?

the funny thing is i am not interested in accumilating the discontinued notes and i know how difficult it is to do things at home and i do not want to suffer holding these notes ,why dont you change these notes by depositing in your account
