what are you guys coming up with that the error is an what should have been the payout I would like to hear back from you guys I feel I have been pretty patient.

The amount in question is 2.9 btc I hit the payout multiple times on there this week and they have a problem with it but if dice is "provably fair" Why havent I been paid yet and why are they alluding that they want to give me less. I am Vip Gold there and have lost alot money over the 2 years I have played but now that I win something substantial it is an issue. Please lets get some community support behind this so that this does not go on.
