NEFT/Cash to Western Union

I need to send money to someone in China but the local banks keep rejecting my wire transfer every 2 days asking for more and more forms and it's been a week of form filing and my work is getting delayed. I tried Western Union and they said it is not possible to send it from any of their offices in India but I can receive.

Somebody I know suggested that I buy Bitcoins and then sell it immediately to anyone who can send WU. I did some calculations and this turns out to be very expensive. First of all most sellers are charging a markup of 10-15% for buying it. Then when I sell it, again I will sell it at a bigger loss just to get the correct amount of USD.

Anyone with reputation able to receive NEFT or Cash and then arrange for a WU of $1000 to be sent from abroad?

May be parents who are sending money to their children studying abroad might be able to help you.

Payment sent by them to their child won't come under FEMA scanner and even if ti does they have an explanation
