My prediction market project

Hi,

I'm a long time lurker. I have an idea and I would like to let everyone know for discussion.
I plan to create an ERC20 token and distribute it for free.
Then I will create a prediction market using this token.
The prediction market will be using augur's published markets, then we trade shares using the token i created.
The market will also use augur's oracles for resolution.

This way, we can have a prediction market without fees unlike augur's 2% fee each trade.

Let me know your ideas. I'm currently coding the token now. I will get the idea from the crowdsale of golem network.

I just failed to understand what exactly are you trying to here. You mean to say you will create a new currency. Then you will speculate on it, and give it to all for free. Then we use it to trade and then again speculate over this. I am completely confused as to what is this about, can you please simply a little more, or if any one could explain what does op wants?

basically i will create a decentralized prediction market just like augur but without trading fees because the resolution of the events will be based on augur.
i will create an erc20 token to be used for trading in this market.

I will also like to ask what will be your own gain in all of this.

Why would you make this "crowdsale" and than give it back to investors? why it's needed?

my idea is a little different. all free distribution but you need to lock your eth for a while to get your tokens. it's like staking your eth. but everything is free.

I just know if that's about finding the price for his coin and i thing already get some if the crowdsale are returned into the investors.

Use a snapshot similar to what Byteball is planning. No need to send ETH anywhere.

Ok, at this point, I shouldn't even bother anymore, everybody can see the writing on the wall. But just for fun:

you are actually trying to say that it is easier to write a smart contract, that everybody who wants to participate either has to read and understand or trust in, than writing a script, that checks the balances of submitted addresses at a certain block height, then calculates percentages, then sends out tokens, everything completely automatic and openly visible, without the need for people to send ETH to an address they don't have control over?

Every time a scammer gets exposed for being a scammer, I wonder what they will come up with next time. Maybe, it would be more prudent to play along, just to waste their time and keep them from developing new schemes? It's a battle against the Hydra, really…

(just to be clear here: I don't say, that keelaah necessarily is a scammer, but it shure looks like it)

But in this time the worst thing was need to get elimination such as the easiest way for building erc20 token based ethereum.

You was getting the point, This can be real evidence for us if these features have got a gold chance for a scammer. Building his shitcoin today.

Alex , Vitalik need to remove this if he can. such the blatant scam. It's battle and will need a lot of energy.

We have seen these kind of schemes again and again with none of them becoming successful. We also have seen a lot of scamming in this site by coming up with these type of crowdsales promising to be a better platform and all of them fail. Even the mighty Ethereum is failing. How will ERC20 be any different?

Even the mighty Ethereum is failing. How will ERC20 be any different?

It will not be any different, The mighty tree was getting broken and what about a little stalk? It will mean nothing.
Is it a big mistake? We will get confirm if we just watch what happen with the mighty tree in the future. ERC20 is a little stalk.
