How to use CoinBase's New $25k instantly feature?

Recently downloaded Coinbase and have my checking account hooked up to it.  My limit is only $2,500 as I just downloaded the app.  Is there a way to purchase much higher amounts instantly?  Or do you have to wait each week?  How would I go about this?

Thanks! However, after clicking on that link I'm unaware stillnof how to maximize it? How do I verify all of those things? Would I be able to buy 20k worth of bitcoin at once by just doing a ACH from my bank? Thanks.
