What are the older altcoins that have a dev team that clearly want to see something happen?
I would vote for Digibyte. They are very active, constantly doing things on Twitter, and just opened a new mining pool.
This one of the solid crypto coin although they have a solid community and a lot of projects prices is not going up,no group are pumping it and no one is also dumping it they are stable in the 30 to 37 range i hope people will see the potential of this coin and be a part of it's community.
