Is this a truly 100% anonymous way to pay using bitcoin? And is my identity totally untraceable?

As far as my IP I can use TOR or whatever.

p.s. on a totally unrelated note I am not getting notifications in my email when there are replies to threads I would like to follow, like this one. (I have checked Notify me of replies. But I am not getting them)
