you can just download it from the official microsoft site, or from any other well known site wich offers such things.

If you need it on a cd/dvd you can just burn it on there, but i would recommend putting it on a usb drive.

I doubt he is looking to download stuff from the internet.By 'DVD' he meant the real physical disks you buy from Microsoft.Although that seems completely stupid,maybe OP is obsessed with them.
