Some back of the napkin math has me estimating it would have taken a couple of decades to find the final "e" in the end with my hardware.  I was quite happy the "w" is somewhat "E"-like if you use your imagination.   

Some Bitcoin addresses can be shorter than 34 characters (as few as 26) and still be valid. A significant percentage of Bitcoin addresses are only 33 characters, and some addresses may be even shorter. Every Bitcoin address stands for a number. These shorter addresses are valid simply because they stand for numbers that happen to start with zeroes, and when the zeroes are omitted, the encoded address gets shorter.

No I meant like the vanity address itself for the tecno bowl is 7 while the exitbike is 9. You could have spelt out the whole technobowl!

You're underestimating how lucky it was that I found the 1Excitebik vanity.  With my setup it should have taken about 3 years.  Just to give you an idea of how long it took me to find 1TecmoBo, I've been searching for 1TecmoBow for 8 months now with no luck...

Yes, that's also why I put him on the front of the coin.  Personally, I was a Walter Payton fan.
