blockchain "Export Encrypted" action

while using the blockchain service i was trying to export the encrypted private key. After I selected the 'Export Encrypted' link the blockchain service displayed the encrypted private key but when I clicked on the 'Download Backup' button nothing happened.  I thought it might have something to do with my browder's settings.

As a matter of fact, the 'Export Unencrypted' displays only the unencrypted key. It does not provide the 'Download Backup' button to be used to export the key. What gives?

P.S. I know this post ought to be placed on a more suited forum but I am still a newbie and as such this is the only place i can use for my posts.
