Buy coins with it and then meet someone locally to sell them for cash. That's the cheapest way (yet probably takes the most work).

As with anything, cheap takes time, fast and easy costs money.

Well I can cash out of Ladbrokes or Betfair in a couple of hours. But I take your point.
