One data point isn't enough to draw a conclusion.  Plus, 2011 is a looooooooot different then 2013 market.

you can't compare the two values. it just makes no sense. if you change the scale of one of the values, you get completely different results

Yes, this is two entirely arbitrary values, they don't relate to each other at all.
