Please use trusted traders. Check otc rating. Do they give you their mobile number? Are they open.
Do they have a good rep on *this* forum.
There are many scammers atm. Buyer/seller beware.

Seller has reasonable rep on this forum so I'm hoping it's just a comms issue. Obviously I'll name and shame them if it turns out there's more to it, but I think it's premature for that.
