no it's not and there is no easy way to prove that the OP owns that account.

Why don't you just withdraw those $6 and then sell it ?  You can still withdraw them in btc
Anyway buying this account is not recommended any more because selling namecheap accounts is prohibited and can lead to ban.
And the interesting part is he revealed the username of his account in a board where posts can't be edited. Namecheap might find you
