Config assistance req. for LTC, reaper, 7970

Hello!
Im running win 7 64bit and HD7970 and i only get 500khs on reaper mining ltc.. and too much stales for my liking..
Any suggestions for configuration to get more juice?
I tried clocking but that seems to worsen it. Even the 0,57 ratio..
The card is GV-R797OC-3GD GHZ.
Current config:

threads_per_gpu 1

lookup_gap 2
gpu_thread_concurrency 25600

You wouldn't happen to have a sample conf for 7970?


I was told that on stock conf the 7970 performs on windows 8 same as clocked on windows 7 . Is this true?
