Hello,
I'm use to using BlockChain to move funds to BTC-E, last night was my first use of an offline wallet. Some transactions went to BTC-E just fine, I have 2 that have been hanging all day. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated:

On this second one, I accidentally unchecked the transaction fee. On the first example above, I put a fee of 0.03 BTC.. was that not enough?
