The peer-to-peer currency, which has quadrupled in value in recent weeks, lost more than 60 percent of its value before a slight recovery.

I guess the Bitcoin glass is always half empty at CNET.

If it was any other investment, you would probably have said, "Following a stunning 1900% year-to-date increase, Bitcoin experienced a brief correction today, but quickly recovered to the highs set just three days ago, forever putting to rest any theories that this snowball might actually be a bubble."

The lesson of today's speed bump is that Bitcoin is unstoppable. Bitcoin is perhaps the most important technological innovation of our time, and the early adopters are making a fortune!

At this point Bitcoin is still a "strong buy."

It actually went back to where it was about a week ago.  If you went on spring break you never would have known anything happened.
