To make a long story short, a week and a half ago, I withdrew some funds from Kraken to my bank, and they said their processor had problems so it would be a couple of extra days delay. No problem. Usually takes a day, now it would take three. Not a big deal.
Three days later, still nothing, so I email them and a moronic rep called Charla gets assigned to me. She proceeds to close my support threads and put them as solved when they haven't been. I keep opening support tickets until her tiny brain gets the message and she proceeds to send me generic paragraphs asking me to wait and be patient, etc.
So I wait, and a week and a half later, I haven't gotten anything. So I email them and they take three days to respond to my open ticket. Charla then lets me in on the big secret. Apparently the holidays have 'DRAINED THEIR FUNDS' and they are waiting on a wire THEMSELVES in order to pay off the people waiting in on the batch.
After two weeks, my withdrawal hasn't even been processed.
They stopped replying to my support tickets and i'm just wondering if anyone else has had such a frustrating experience with these guys? First time I run into a problem with them, but it's the problems that show the true side of a website's situation handling.
I am also wondering, given the amount of threads with people having their money held for months by these guys, if there is any way to successfully take legal action? They can't just grab onto the money and refuse to send it to the clients. This is pathetic
