Don't expect people would sell you bitcoins for paypal. Paypal is quite easy to reverse and everybody here knows about it. Only trusted members of the forum are given chances to buy bitcoins using paypal. PP transactions can be reversed within a year so you can just reverse the transaction and leave you account. That is why people only sell bitcoins for pp to trusted members. Your very first post is exchanging $400 btc for your PP, I highly doubt you will get this deal.
