BTC-e Broken Login: "USE EMAIL TO LOGIN, NOT YOUR ACCOUNT NAME"

Hi!

 What's going on with BTC-e?

 They changed the login system without any warning!!!

 Now I can't login ito my account for 30 minutes?

 I typed the correct password there, with my email, but the BTC-e locked my account...

 Also, the new support system doesn't work: btcecom.freshdesk.com, when I tried to open a ticket, I'm seeing: "You are not allowed to access this page!"

 How can you guys change something like this and block my account for 30 minutes!!! This is crazy!!   (facepalm)....

The change is also because of the hacks
