Weiss Ratings, an independent rating agency of financial institutions, announced it will issue letter grades on cryptocurrencies on January 24.

The new Weiss Cryptocurrency Ratings will be based on a model that analyzes thousands of data points on each coin’s technology, usage, and trading patterns, the company said.

No,this won`t boost cryptocurrency adoption,because such ratings doesn`t matter.
Rating agencies caused the world financial crysis back in 2007.I want the rating agencies to stay away from the crypto industry.This agency isn`t even one of the big and "trusted" agencies,like Standard&Poors or Moodys.By the way,you probably should move this thread to the "Press" forum board.This news isn`t related particulary to bitcoin.
