I want to buy a bank account that can receive funds via SEPA and that can be linked to PayPal and/or be used to do SEPA payments. I need it lomg term.

You know very well this is illegal activity and you should be BANNED for such activity.
They will log your location and get you now for your meddling in others business.

It is not illegal directly. It is forbidden by most banks but not explicitely by law.
