Most Power Efficient Clocks for ETH and ZEC

GPUs RX480 4GB and RX470

For ZEC I found best is 1100/1950 MV-100 . Result is RX470 200- RX 480 215 Sols

However what is best for ETH? I want energy saving clocks.
