Looks like there are good presentations & info being dropped at the #BizofBlockchain event in Boston.

I haven't seen presentations uploaded in video format & don't know if any will be.

Searching the #BizofBlockchain hashtag on twitter displays preliminary info and contains a few links.

Some images/slides from presentations.

Im really happy to see more and more bitcoin events being created, in my country I have found out, that they have made like 3 more big events for bitcoin enthusiasts!
That is a very good thing, because it will lead to bigger popularity of cryptocurrency, which gives us insanely important thing- more people in the network.

The bitcoin power will rise, with every new user starting his journey with the most expensive cryptocurrency, because the demand will increase exponentially. There is no better way to help BTC and blockchain, than spreading the good word to the other people.
At least that is what im doing. Im trying to explain the blockchain idea to my friends, and I hope that they will enter the world of cryptocurrencies.

I hope the presentations make it to youtube or some other media platform.

It looked like there were informative and educational talks given, much better than the content posted by most clickbaiting youtubers who may or may not have actual insight into the subject they're discussing.

In my country from time to time a small core of bitcoin enthusiasts is organizing meet-ups for people who are involving with bitcoin so as not only to know each other but mainly to speak about their common interests and problems related to bitcoin. Moreover there is an effort to invite experienced speakers such as the Andreas Antonopoulos so more and more people to learn about bitcoin. These events and some as OP has proposed is the best way people to embrace bitcoin and blockchain technology.
