What happened:: Both lenny_ and HotSwap are wearing signatures promoting the likely scam sites CoinMixer.net and DarkLaunder.com. Adoring to below evidence, both of these sites are most likely owned by serial scammer moriartybitcoin who owns a large number of scam sites.

Scammers Profile Link: See below:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=60727 - lenny_
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=67018 - HotSwap

Amount Scammed: 0 so far, however moriartybitcoin has scammed tens of thousands of dollars from his previous scams

Additional Notes: This thread shows that HotSwap was buying a highly Legendary trusted account with ~1,000 posts. I was given a tip that the account is lenny_, along with the below proof that lenny_ was the account being sold in this thread.

!!! WARNING: This user is a newbie. If you are expecting a message from a more veteran member, then this is an imposter !!!

My post from June 2013:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=18313.msg2583764#msg2583764

is showing my address there in code lines:
1Lenny8KpVhqKvxwQFdYh7UZ6LFF4atY6z

Below, plain text which I will sign:

This is signed message using my address 1Lenny8KpVhqKvxwQFdYh7UZ6LFF4atY6z. Today is 20/08/2015 and this signature is only for selling account purpose. Account name is lenny_ (on Bitcointalk.org).

Signature: HC46GrpzzBnChzCUkr5g1hBBnzrtBdH0i6otyTiQnbvBTgqgsLCF5PtipxugcrkXIp6UqP26WmnvRPe yImjenZQ=
The archive of the above post where this person posted their address is here (reply# 5879).

These two accounts being owned by the same person is further strengthened by the fact that they are both wearing the same signature, both advertising the same (likely) scam sites.

The archive of HotSwap matches the archive of lenny_ as far as the signatures are concerned, and the archive of HotSwap shows the same signature.

A known site of moriartybitcoin, bitplastic.com, has almost the exact same sign up form as the signup form of darklaunder.com

Additionally, the Archive of the FAQ of coinmixer.net says that the coins are completely untraceable, which is not true and it shows a "copyright" year of 2013 (as do all of its other pages), even though the whois shows the domain was registered just a few months ago

bumping this thread. It looks like moriartybitcoin is using a "mixing review site" in order to promote his scam sites CoinMixer.net and DarkLaunder.com

The site BTCMixers.com gives rave reviews to both of these sites even when long standing, reputable mixing sites are claimed to be a scam. https://archive.is/lTOAh

Good work QS, this asshole just won't go away, will he?

I lolled at his review of his own BitLaunder.com scam site (Located in: Trustworthy)

Quote
BitLaunder.com has a reputation for a major theft of $100k bitcoins from Ricky James, an accusation which now appears to be a blackmail/extortion attempt by the so-called ‘victim’. BitLaunder does not appear to routinely scam, and seems to be perfectly safe for amounts under 10 btc. I personally use them and they are fast

I remember the Rickyjames saga and the barefaced acknowledgement from Moriarty that, yes, he had received the coins and, no, he wasn't going to give them back.

Extraordinary Claims require Extraordinary Evidence

Bumping this due to additional info has been discovered

If you search the 1Lenny vanity address above in walletexplorer.com then it will come back with the result wallet [002e4d87d0] which received . 0.49989775BTC on Spet 12, 2015 via 218e3ef27905e55adef367847d4403fc7a15474b5cbdb5ea9782c9fa14a2ea6c, which was sent by wallet [2b5b1e7c5f]; I believe this transaction was the previous owner sending .5BTC to his cex.io account (the other output to the above tx was to a cex.io address), and the change address was to an address that is presently spendlinked to the 1Lenny vanity address. The only transaction to this wallet was via fce80e6defc2791b603ddeddfc9812a0f77229b445fe9fd3d9952cf180699839 which was sent from wallet [277892b02f]; I believe this was likely the escrow releasing BTC to the previous owner of the account who sold the account after the buyer authorized such release....I also believe the buyer requested that the seller receive the proceeds from the sale to a fresh address. The above wallet received 1BTC via 8983f3cf2fc066ab60506fca92452b435302cc4a41ff943722805ca69d75313c which was sent from a Bitlaunder address which is the most "famous" of morialtybitcoin's websites.

I believe the above series of transactions is evidence that moriartybitcoin paid for the Lenny_ account.

I guess picking someone reputable to buy your account isn't always safe as potential scammers are hiding behind the legendary accounts to simply scam again.

Thanks qs for all the info..
I feel that in the next year your all red feedback will vanish..
Why there is no negative feedback on the legendary account of scammer who is mentioned in the op?

Maybe we should start giving red so moriartybitcoin can not scam again.

Left a neg on both. If evidence is given against them I can remove it.

It would probably be unadvisable to use HotSwap and/or moriartybitcoin as an escrow, as it would be unadvisable to trade with him at all.
