Just loggin in, everything appears normal to me.  Withdrew my bitcoins, took about 2 mins for it to reach my wallet.

It would be a shame if they were to run off with the deposits, their service runs quite well and during the latest crash I was able to trade without interruption. they have a good reputation and have a fairly hefty fee, and therefore must have a decent revenue stream.  It would be very short sighted to throw that away for a one time theft of deposits.

Same here. No problem logging in. Balances look fine. I don't have any coins on there to test withdrawing at the moment.

Contact info looks the same as it always has to me.

Sent a small amount, will probably take awhile for it to confirm, but I'll report back with results.

why would they run off with our money when they're obviously making WAY more in the long run from enormous fees?

my guess is they are just swamped with work lately with all the activity going on.

Well, this is just FUD.

In the link, the first link point to a guy, joekov, making a transfer BTC->cavirtex, and not seeing it after 45 confirmations.  However, the thread end with him saying that it's fine, it finally transferred Smiley
Second link also seem to have lot of people trying and it worked too.

So, this is just a misunderstanding... Smiley

No way, Cavirtex is the shit. I have ~ $10,000 sitting with them and this thread didn't even make me nervous. Best customer service I've ever seen from a mid-sized BTC exchange. If you have a legitimate issue, I'm confident they will resolve it for you.

Thumbs up to Cavirtex! It's great to have something like this in Canada. The fees are a bit crazy - but hey, we are Canadians. We are used to paying more.

I hope your issue is resolved quickly Smiley

As much as a hate their high fees, the service has remained impeccable. Even during this flash crashes and outages cavirtex has managed to remain up through most of it, allowing to get me some nice buy ins after the flash crashes. It seems to be a very well run exchange which is exactly why I purchased company shares over @ havelockinvestments.com. They have plans to create a shorting engine and pay dividends on the interest so that should be very interesting.
