I understand PayPal is very risky. If someone wants to deal I can offer up all legit and requested docs including PayPal screenshots showing multiple similar transactions and of course matching name and address info on PayPal to my ID. My rate is pretty firm though. Friends and family sent unless you request invoice payment.

I would suggest using wesellcrypto, they can give you 150$ daily limit for paypal buys for ID next to paper that says "wesellcrypto verification".
I have not ever had a single problem with them, and it is a very good service. I think you should check them out, they do however charge like 15% fee per buy.

Better if you Withdrawal this $ to your bank account then you buy bitcoin from bank account.
