Which Bitcoin API is now the most used/best nowadays.
(To use for your web-site for handling automated processing)

Blockchain.info is something to stay away from , not only the service have issues but the API have them as well. You have other possibilities but as stated above BlockTrail (BTC.com now) is probably the best when It comes to both stability and limits and I don't think you could find a better one.
