I looked for a hardware comparison chart, but couldn't find the 980 TI. This is what I'm getting with my MSI GeForce GTX 980 Ti Gaming OC. Is this normal?

Yes, but you could get a bit more if you overclock.

Cryptomined has a vid showing what he's getting for his 980ti cards. 430~460 Sol/s.
